Associate counsel Elizabeth Chernus has extensive experience with all aspects of family law. Elizabeth represents individuals in complex divorce and family litigation law matters including issues pertaining to child custody and parenting plans, alimony and child support, asset division, modification and contempt actions, prenuptial agreements, and paternity actions. Elizabeth’s experience includes both litigation and resolving cases outside of the courtroom.

Ms. Annie Chan graduated summa cum laude with a degree in paralegal studies in 2012 and has worked as a litigation paralegal for our firm since 2014. Her work focuses primarily in family law and probate litigation matters; conducting factual and legal research, preparing documents for legal transactions, as well as draft pleadings and discovery notices. She is a zealous advocate who often serves as the liaison between client and counsel.

Prior to joining our firm, Annie, worked as a real estate paralegal at Connelly, Geaney, Ablitt, and Willard and interned with the U.S. Department of Labor.
